The reason your certificate is only 60 hours is because you have not yet completed Grammar Advisor, which is 40 hours of your course. Just log into your BridgeTEFL online course and click on "grammar component" on your student page, and another page will open. Enter the same username and password there (top right of the screen) and you can get started on that course. Once you pass the final exam with a 70% or higher, you will receive the additional 40 hours on your certificate, bringing you up to 100.
